Meet Frank

Frank H. Tito is a security professional with more than 30 years experience in law enforcement, training, personal protection, self-defense and numerous other security and law enforcement fields.  Frank holds several Florida security licenses and is qualified as an instructor for law enforcement, concealed weapons, and security operators.

Originally from New Zealand, Frank served in the New Zealand army before immigrating to Australia and joining the police force.  While there, Frank qualified for and joined the Tactical Response Group (“TRG”) of the Western Australia Police Force where he served for ten years.  During his time at TRG, Frank was certified in a number of fields, including becoming a sniper, close quarter battles, advanced driving and tactical driving, hazardous devices and bomb search procedures, and counter-terrorism.

Frank rose through the ranks at TRG and was an instructor for classes on field-craft, tactical driving, close quarter tactics, and for the TRG pre-selection course.  His other skills include close personal protection, bomb technician, venue security, self-defense, security advance party and rear anti-surveillance party and tactical urban/field operations and skills.  While at TRG, Frank was able to travel the world both to take classes and as an instructor, traveling to places such as Israel for bomb technician classes and Kenya to collaborate in the development and implementation of the Global Response Assessment Safety Program.

Frank’s next career stop was in Baghdad, Iraq working for an Australian security company that served as security for experts working in Iraq, including several American entities.  Frank was the Country Manager, Team Leader - National Training Team, and Head Investigations Officer in Iraq.  His duties included personal protection services for his clients, evaluating and training incoming security recruits, developing and implementing training courses and assessments for incoming recruits and local national recruits, and investigations of kidnappings, unlawful shootings and other in-house and local complaints.

After meeting his wife in Baghdad, the couple decided to move to the United States (where she is from) and selected Florida.  For the past 10 years, Frank has worked in security and trained security officers here in South Florida. He also served as the Director of Security for an exclusive club in Palm Beach County, Site Director of Security for several high end residential towers in Sunny Isles in Miami and most recently as an Instructor for the Florida security D license, G license, concealed weapons license and 1st Aid/CPR.  Frank is also a certified Glock ® operator. Frank is knowledgeable, dedicated and eager to share his wealth of knowledge and experience with his clients.
